the exhibition currently on view demonstrates that the poster, even in today’s era of rapid digital imagery, continues to possess a remarkably powerful voice.
at a time when information incessantly floods our screens, the traditional static poster format proves to be surprisingly relevant — clear, immediate, and compelling. this year’s edition of tpt has therefore been transformed into an immaterial presentation of projected images, shaped by the exhibition architecture of peter liška and the visual concept by ján šicko.

the jury’s final selection shows that the poster remains an effective medium for articulating pressing global issues: from environmental crises and the rise of populism to social and political tensions. at the same time, it foregrounds the values upon which a cultured society stands — creativity, community, shared experience, and freedom of expression.
